Your photos and the imagined result
Only upload photos you are authorized to use. Do not use the service for deception, harassment or impersonation. If you share a video, clearly identify it as AI-generated. This is not communication with a deceased person, an authentic recording or a clinical service.
We cannot guarantee exact likeness, anatomy, motion, timing or a fixed completion time. Concept artwork is illustrative. Results may be imperfect even when the generation task completes successfully.
Credits and checkout
Packs are one-time purchases. Review the selected model, credit cost and checkout amount before paying. Seedance 2.0 Standard: 480p 15, 720p 30 credits. Seedance 2.5: 480p 20, 720p 45 credits. Default: Seedance 2.5 at 480p. Each video is 15 seconds. Buying a pack does not automatically generate a video; return and confirm generation.
Purchased credits do not expire under the current catalog. There is no free generated preview, automatic subscription or guarantee that a video will satisfy your expectations.
Technical failures and refunds
Reserved site credits return when the generation provider confirms a technical failure. If status is uncertain, check the task before resubmitting to avoid duplicate charges. Subjective dissatisfaction, including face likeness or storytelling differences, is not a technical failure. Cash refund requests are reviewed through support; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
